Worst team in BG history

Even with a sweep next week of MSU this current team will tie for the worst record in school history. I personally fault Pooch alot less than others for this, and put most of my blame and the lack of enthusiasm on the ice. Rarely can we play a whole period with full intensity. When I read Pooch's quotes sometimes it seems he is downplaying all these losses just to try and make Christopher think we are closer than we really are to getting out of the cellar.

The recent one in the BGnews about how we are starting to get in the playoff mind set because we know we are going on the road. Please, as far as a playoff death this will be quick and painless.

I wonder how much of this we played a good game and couldnt get a bounce crap Christopher buys because in reality he is the only opinion that matters.

Not to be a wet blanket , but this seems eerily similar to alot of posts in this forum lately. Just sayin. Yes its sad , can't wait till its all over and....................? I have the same feeling about Pooch as some do for DD , I like Paulach as a person but just doesnt' seem to be gettin' it done.

Looking thru the media guide from 2005-6, the two worst teams in BG history in terms of wins and losses are this year and 2002-3, Coach Paluch's first year. IMO, we are exactly where we were when Paluch was hired 5 years ago. That isn't a good sign.

I think we need to start from scratch and find a new coach. Nothing personal but BG Hockey and its fans deserve better. It's been 10 years since the program has done anything worthwhile. I hate seeing it so down.

Sure would be nice to beat the Spartans this final weekend, though.
