Bleeding Orange wrote:That is a good idea, MACMAN. It may be worth seeking out a car dealership around Bowling Green to co-sponsor the effort. Perhaps one might be willing to donate a car to the effort as a PR move, or at least give a significantly discounted price on one. To this, though, I would think it would need to be organized through the Falcon Club or Foundation simply to give the effort some legitimacy. I've no doubt that either entity wouldn't mind helping out with this effort.
not to mention that they have one fine as hell mailing list data base...for that matter you hold the drawing...put all the bikes on center ice and draw at the last reg season home game...or first home game.
it would be hard to get a car donated which is why you go with the high 100 bone price tag, and ask them to aid in advertising at their locations and or sell some tickets.
here is a run down of the transformed PF ticket, if one of you would like to pass this along to FC and or the UNIV let me know I can email you the real doc as it is laid out properly for printing.

I totally called MACMAN out on his "persona" a couple of weeks ago. I've always thought he was some instigating satirical genious. Feather Ruffler!
On the Harley raffle: I'm not sure what the newest bike is called, but the design is such that they no longer hide the bike's frame on the inside by placing the gas tank and seating over it. The frame is the total make-up of the bike's look. How sweet would that puppy look with orange hardware and a brown powder coat frame? The white and brown stripe from the football helmet on the seat... I gotta go
and a real falcon logo custome machined billit aluminum front wheel.
are you talking about he Buel line?
or VRSCX screaming eagles? http://www.harley-davidson.com/wcm/Cont ... cale=en_US
if its this one it would have to be the top prize cause to customize it..and just make it sweet...as you mention it would run about 25k is my guess...
that is the B firebolt, the bad of the line, clear {none tank tank, as the tank is actually the frame of the bike, the exhaust is all slung underneat to further lower the CG, you can get tanks and all kinds of color combinations.
MACMAN: If the "Road Crew" can raise through donatations $ 1700 toward the video equipment and $ 1500 toward Scooters stitching machine, I am sure that we could sell 1000 tickets where we might actually win something.
Where would you suggest that the $ 60,000 of profit go?
Would the Falcon Club go for this money making idea?
How about the youth hockey team that raises the most money for the program get to take the Falcons' place in the third period in a game against Michigan? Anyone else see that episode of South Park?
