1984 National Championship

Post by dforde »

Is it possible to buy a DVD or video of the 1984 championship game? I'd love to have a copy of this. Any direction would be appreciated.

This has been discussed here before, but I think there's some licensing/rights issues that keeps them from mass producing copies. That said, they have been known to include them in packages for sponsors for hockey-related events, I believe.

Judging by the response on this board alone, they could probably sell them for $50 a pop (if they DID have the rights) and still sell hundreds or thousands of copies.

I'd buy at least three. You know, just for the hell of it.
