Yes, they did keep messing up the ref's name, but I do have to say that I was somewhat impressed with the positive comments they gave BG and Eno's overall play. They seemed to respect the improvement that we have made this year.
GO ICERS!!
BEAT THE IRISH!!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got." ~~USCHO Poster, AFTER Tech beat us #NeverGiveUp

I was able to catch the game on STO. But they don't have tonight's game listed on STO. I wonder why? It was cool to see the Falcons on tv even if it was 6-1.
Get it back tonight!!! GO FALCONS

FALCON FOOTBALL ROCKS!
Too bad the Falcons didn't bring their "A" game this weekend. Falcons are a young team and they'll get better.
Whether this weekend is a fair assesment or not, it goes to show that there is a definite difference in quality of teams at the top and the middle.
I'd like to see BG still make a legitimate push at the top 4. Don't know if they'll do it now, but next year could shape up to be great year for the Falcons. A lot of talent and good lessons learned.
Knowing Miami's history, I'd rather not run into BG in the CCHA playoffs.

That 8 point swing was huge vs. ND. We could have been a point down with two in hand. Time to turn it around and take it out on the Schmucks! UNO is only a point ahead of us, and we have an armful of games in hand.

Also, before Drew compiles this week's "lets all look like asses with our predictions for the weekend" poll, how about 3900+ at the game Saturday!!! I meant to mention it when I saw the game story Saturday night, but forgot until I got an email from an alumni group member out here that mentioned getting there late and having to grab the last two seats in the back row by the scoreboard.

Great attendance, and I can't figure out where the extra 1,000 would have gone to be at capacity. Except for the center chair section, everything else was full, and they were 3-deep around the south glass.
We go in by the offices (NE corner), and I don't notice anyone there with a counter.

The numbers on the seats are painted a lot closer together than people can actually sit. That extra thousand was pretty much already filled up last night.

Why? As bad as we played, they didn't play much better Saturday night. Yeah we're 0-4 against them this year. It's called motivation.
