WAY too early for the 'what if' calculator. I usually don't see this url popping up in threads until late January.

Your heart is in the right place, but I agree with McConvey...it's way too early for this. Anybody that's got time for this at this point in the season is in serious need of a life.

Surely you must have something more fun to play with...or maybe not.

Well the way things are shaping up it looks likely that we will host either Western MI or OSU for the first round.
Pulling out two wins would most likely pit us against either MSU or ND the way things look to wind up.
I dont know, but with anything be possible, we could make a move on the Joe this year...Its not one of those things to bank on or hope for..but it is a possibility.

The key will be for us to NOT draw Notre Dame in the 2nd round. We can't beat them. I'd rather us face Michigan State, hell, even Miami, before I'd want us to face ND. ND kicks our ass every freaking time we play them.

Ultimately though, for us to beat anybody in the CCHA top four in a 3-game series on the road, we'd have to play out of our minds. I just don't see any team being able to beat scUM, Miami, ND, or MSU in their place this year. The disparity of talent in this conference is huge right now.

Western Mich or Ohio State in round 1, we'd have to really screw up not to win.

but its still possible....
even though your right about the different levels of consistent play....it is posible because one of the teams you mentioned could just run out of juice...it happens just as our gatoraid could be enriched.
