So, lets all pretend to be coach, who do you start in goal from here on out?

My vote went to Eno. I just think he's been more consistent over more games it seems. He also seems to have a bigger upside right now.

I'm ready to ride with Eno the rest of the way. The guy plays a much cleaner game in net. He doesn't leave nearly as many rebounds in front of the net like Spratt. Eno hardly ever gives up soft goals either. Spratt tends to give up the shortside too often, which could be because he's not as good with his glove hand.

Eno's my pick.

I was just telling my friend that I would be surprised to see Jimmy in goal the rest of the way. Not the Jimmy is that bad, but as stated above, Nick plays a cleaner game and has been playing very well the last few weeks. It should be interesting, these upcoming games against Ferris are very, VERY important.

WHAT GAMES ARE PEOPLE WATCHING!?!?!? Yes, we play better with Eno, but are you kidding me Nick Eno is not a good goalie yet. I hate to rag on one of our players, but I'll do it
1. Eno can not skate. It looks so awkward watching him.
2. Spratt has to stand on his head, with the lack of goal support
3. Eno doesn't understand how to use his pads yet. When a puck is blocked you kick it into the corner not in front.
4. Everytime Eno is in net I cringe for my life after each shot as he is 80% of the time out of position. Jimmy is always in position, he just is not good blocker side.

I like both goalies. either could comfortably handle the gig, however; to this point the two goalie system has gotten us in part to where are. I stick with it.

After being to several hockey games this year and seeing both goalies, my own opinion is that unless one of them immediately stands out, we need to stick with the two-goalie-rotation. Just my thought, sure it's not the best option, but I just haven't seen one that stands out above the other.
Feel free to rip me on that as you please since I know that some of you will anyway, and to those that do, I got this for ya :finga: j/k guys :D

I'd have to disagree with you 24, of all the goals I've seen Eno give up... majority of them are due to him giving up a rebound right in front of the net. I think we are fine with either goalie in net. I think we are spoiled with two good goaltenders, it's just a shame that we don't get the same effort out of the boys when jimmy is in net. Just look at the goal support. We have done just fine with a two goalie set and I don't think either is ready to be "the" guy full time. I would love it if either of them were to seperate himself from the other but they are both playing about the same so no sense sitting one full time.

I agree with a lot that's been said. BG is doing okay with the tag team (I wonder why each had consecutive starts one or two times), but I prefer Eno. He's young and it shows, but I have more confidence in him. Spratt has improved (thank God for Horrell!), but he appears to lose track of the puck a lot.

I hope the guys play hard no matter who's in goal, but I can see how a player's confidence in one goalie or another could affect their play. The defense in front of Spratt and Eno this season is better than when Masters and to some extent Sigalet were in goal. Those guys saw a lot of rubber!

Masters work with these two has shown big time.

the coaching has improved the d considerably this year, but we have had more than our fair share of a considerable number of break downs in front of the goal and breaking out of the zone have resulted in a large number of goals, that in the end are not the result of poor goal tending.
