shootout

Post by TheKa »

According to the radio, the first shot on Spratt went over his blocker, the second went over his back, as he was prone on the ice. Neither of these is shocking to me.

I wasn't there either, but it sounded from the radio call that the team took at least 5 periods of hockey off this weekend. That isn't going to get you many points in CCHA play. These are points we MUST HAVE with a team that should finish around us in the league standings. You can understand, not accept, but understand taking 1 out of 4 with the teams in the upper echelon of the league, but if the team EVER wants to move forward in the standings, this is unacceptable.

Isn't Parents weekend this weekend? That should be interesting. And with that said, I'll bite my tongue, other than to say 32 years of memories are quickly evaporating...

As its looking right now with our goalie situation , we're headed for another 7-9 place finish if Eno can't come back and soon. Spratt is simply mediocre at best. Having a great game once and a while is not going to cut it in the CCHA.
