I sent my message of support to Mr. Christopher this morning!
"Eyeball to eyeball, I said, 'Dr. Cartwright, don't put me in this position if you plan on dropping hockey. That won't happen as long as I'm alive. I'll fight that to my grave." - Jack Vivian

We will be a power again!

Go Falcons!

You know, at this point with all that is in balance here, after all the positives stated in that article, I would be hard pressed, to be willing to support a different staff. I mean it would take the likes of a Mason or York, McPhee leaving retirement, BC or the Caps to get me shaking my head in agreement with any choice other than what we have. There just are not many real options.

Mr Gordon's piece presents the most thoughtful and even-handed opinion I've seen on this topic.

YES, Coach Williams and his staff deserve a great deal of credit for the tremendous job they have done, especially when all the circumstances are taken into consideration.

YES, Coach Williams and staff (as well as their families) are a fantastic group of young, enthusiastic professionals...true ambassadors of goodwill within the local community, and the hockey world.

YES, Coach Williams and his staff certainly deserve to be among those who are given serious consideration for having the honor to be the next permanent head coach and staff.

YES, the BG and BGSU community deserve a proper nationwide search to insure that the ultimate decision yields the best choice available.

It is my humble opinion that we: the fans, boosters, ticket holders and alumni ought to be supportive of this process, and allow it to take its course.

Roll along!
Du hockey comme dans le temps!
