Nice early pick up here for the Orange and Brown of a much sought after kid. Says a lot about the programs direction. Ryan Coulter is 5' 10" 175lbs 1995 birth year kid.
The property of Erie (OHL), is a Dundas Ontario native. As a high impact player he is touted as being a pitbull. A monster in the corners on the forecheck and just finds passing lanes where there seemingly are none. Ryan has amazing energy in two way play, great hockey sense and really can stir things up and makes team mates better He is all ready a projected 2013 NHL first or second round pick.

Hope he doesn't back out like so many high profile players have done to other teams lately.
I love people who can laugh at themselves. It saves me the effort.

Hopefully he and his parents are smart enough to know that he should not leave BG unless it's straight to the NHL. Too many get talked into leaving early and then toil in the minors. I like the Rob Blake route, 3 years at BG, followed by 20 years in the NHL, then retire.

I prefer the Kevin Bieska route....4 years at BG, leaving with degree in hand.
