If ND can pull out a win against UNO we will be in a tie for fourth place! Heck of a game tonight. This game is one that further proves Jordan's worth for the Hobey. Heck of a game by the Matsumoto/Falk combo!
Oh, in the interest of being fair, the fourth goal was Mazzei to Bru, not the other way around. I think the announcers misspoke initially.

A great weekend of Falcon Hockey for sure! The fact the guys pulled out a tie on Friday is a testiment to the team and the coaching staff. Going into the 3rd, down 5 to 2 and without either Sigalet would make most people think that the game was over, but the team and the fans on hand NEVER gave up! I just wish we could've scored that 6th goal to give Horrell his first win at BG.
Saturday's game was much better played by the guys in orange and it showed on the scoreboard. It was nice to see Matt "Truck" Ruchty in the stands with his family. They seemed to really enjoy seeing a Falcon W.
Our 20 or so fans that made the trip were GREAT all weekend and completely out classed and out yelled the Ferris fans. It was like a funeral home in there from the home fans. I was surprised, because the last time I was there in 99 or 2000, their crowd was like a little Yost...loud and vulgar. They put up a sign over the enterance to the student section saying that yelling obsenities or hitting the glass would get the people ejected from the arena...might have been why they were a little less enthusiastic, as well as the fact that they're so far down in the cellar!
Now...Bring on the Bucks!
GO FALCONS!!
