UAH - Final Weekend of the Regular Season

Post by jpfalcon09 »

Important weekend series for the boys as a loss would be extremely devastating to their NCAA tournament hopes. Winning this weekend and getting a couple breaks from other teams losing could help their PWR positioning by a couple of spots before heading into the WCHA playoffs.

Bring the pain.

This looks to be different UAH team than the one we handled early in the season, with the world to prove. Get on 'em early and often and get some momentum going for next weekend.

The boys and I will be at the finale Sat night....After the last two lackluster weekends, we must play with heart and passion for 60 min each night.

From following along this season UAH seems to be somewhat streaky. You don't exactly know which UAH team is gonna show up. The one that fights and claws it's way the entire game, or the one that sits back and trys to let the goalie steal/win the game for them (sound familiar?). If BG shows up and plays the game they know how to play, at the level they can play, they won't have a problem. If players decide to take some shifts off and stand around, UAH and very well take more than the 2 points they need to clinch a playoff spot.
