Bowling Green comes in at #18, ahead of Ann Arbor, Oxford, Grand Forks, South Bend...

Combining least "friendly" and "engaged" fans into a single statistic probably saved Ann Arbor from scoring much lower.
I love people who can laugh at themselves. It saves me the effort.
