tOSU at BG 10/10

Puck drop time rescheduled to 7:37.
I don't know how parking is going to be handled. Have to hope the football game parkers clear out fast.

#FalconFast plays #FalconLongTime. It seems as if games take close to 4 hours to play. And with all games now being televised, ESPN seems to like to throw in an extra TV timeout in the second and fourth quarters.

Can't disagree. And with all the passing BG does the games go even longer with the clock stopping for each incompletion.

BG football is average slightly below 4 hours per game currently, that does not include the weather delays they had, so plan accordingly.

WHAT HE SAID!!!! :supz:
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Glad to see a sweep to start the year.

Based on recent history, we should sweep them. OSU didn't look real solid.

Positives
Goaltending looks good so far
Offense looks good so far as well

Concerns
Team Defense - was a little better saturday night, but if we played anybody that had solid skilled forwards we would have not won friday for sure, burke bailed them out left and right or they flat out missed close uncontested shots. Won't get away with that against good teams.

Nell was in goal on Saturday. And, I agree, he had a fantastic game! Based on his play I wouldn't be surprised to see him in net tomorrow night at WMU.
