Ryan Carpenter signed a 3 year, $3 million deal with the Blackhawks. Hopefully he sees some quality ice time in Chicago.

Good for Carpenter. Andrew Hammond also signed a 1 year, $700k deal with Buffalo today. Great to see a couple of BG guys get paid (although I think Hammond got a much bigger payday after his crazy run a few seasons ago).
