You can also kick and move someone's stick away from them if they drop it in this league too. I think Willy's interview where he said he is still trying to understand the officiating of the CCHA was hilarious.

Willy was in the face of the officials most of the night. He was close to getting a bench minor during Scardina's major. I don't think the referee wanted to put BG down two men, however. He had a lengthy conversation with Shawhan after the game, seemed to be about the Scardina hit.

That's usually a sign the referee knows he's doing a poor job. Add in the no call tackle in overtime, and it's easy to see why Tech has so few penalties.
