Ferris State game predictions....

Post by ffejfalcon »

What say you??......

I say:

Thr. BG 5 FSU 3
Sat. BG 4 FSU 4

We take three points...

This team will really get going after playing two tough teams in Ohio State and BC.

Assuming Horrell wins the starting nod both nights and plays like he did in Columbus I see no reason that we can't sweep Ferris this weekend.

Anything less than a sweep will be a real disappointment.

What he said!!

GO ICERS!!
NEUTER THE BULLDOGS!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."
~~USCHO Poster
"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

In other exciting news of the day... I just realized that the game was tonight (thanks Mom!) and am now hauling tail from Indianapolis to make faceoff!

GO BG!

Look us up while you're here! We sit 3 rows back from the chair seats in section B in seats 3 and 4.

I'll try to do that... I think we casually met at the HC football game, actually... I'll see what I can do!

I believe, as Falcon Club members, we're still allowed to take a guest to the center ice club for a beer. That is, if you're interested...

Game will be close...

Post by FalconBlue »

The game will be close and possibly go to OT. These teams are almost identical in makeup and should Horrell get the start (likely) the Falcons could win. The key will be Defense and Goaltending.
The powerplay may be a factor. While it was weak at OHIO STATE they are usually quite capable.
Good Luck FALCONS. Score 3-3.
If you're ridin' ahead of the herd, take a look back now and then to make sure it's still there.

Shoulda tracked ya down earlier, I guess...

Good to meet you two, though the circumstances... well, they sucked. :( I think I might be able to say, though, that I saw part of the longest game in BG history, depending on when they finish it...

I predict that Thursday's game will be suspended after a scoreless first period due to a rupture in the cooling system.
