Jon Horrell played a solid game tonight but was hung out to dry by the Defense who appear not to be able to handle speedy wingers. The forwards had quite a number of opportunaties but could not convert and the powerplay was non existant. The Penalty Kill was very good.

Next weekend we have an opportunity to get a win in the CCHA, be there!

Side Note: Ohio State lost twice this weekend and is likely to drop substantially in the rankings.

From what I've been reading on here, that seems to be a trend this season. One I hope gets reversed quickly.

I don't know if anyone here reads the message boards on uscho, but the Ohio State fans (all three of them) spent all last week going on and on about how OSU is one of the premier programs in the country right now and would be for years to come because of all the money the school dumps into the program. Little schools like BG, LSSU, Ferris, WMU, etc. will never compete because they don't support their programs the way OSU does. So I wonder what they've got to say about being swept by Western Michigan. So far, they've been surprisingly silent.
