SOMEONE hasn't been paying attention for the last six months.....

Wish I could have heard a bit of ya tonight, McC, but the drinking started a bit earlier than I figured... and God love Indiana and their 3:30 last call, btw.
Let me belly up to the bar of ignorance with BO - I too was out of the loop and not paying attention. And admitted as much to BO in the Chat Room last night.

Anyway - I was listening into the third. And let me say this again....... NOT ENOUGH McCONVEY!!!! I really enjoyed your commentary.

BO and I were trying to place the voice of the Play-by-Play guy....... I was saying Cliff Claven with a cold with some Latino Soccer commentor mixed in........ SCCCCOOORRREEEEE!!!!!

Keep us informed when you get back on-air...... And ignore TG, he'll never be on-air .... because your not allowed to drink a Labatt's during the task

Hey McC-
I listened and chatted with Bleeding for a while during the first period, then got interested in the Ferris@Mich game on tv.
I agree with the others - not enough you. You did sound professional, and you were prepared for the game. Hope you get more chances.

For what it is worth.......

Tough loss for the UMass - Lowell Riverhawks. They fell to the Black Bears 4-3 in OT.

Sorry, McConvey....forgot about the broadcast last night ...I had been out of town since Wednesday (and yes, I knew about Foster and Dobek, ...got phone call alerts!) and when I got back, I had to go straight to the car dealership to trade in my Big Orange Beast (:smt089) for my NEW Buick Rendezvous ( \:D/ ), which had come in while I was gone!! Then, of course, I had to spend some time in the new wheels getting acquainted with all the fancy bells and whistles!! :smt101 Went out for dinner with the family (to get re-acqainted with them too! :-) ). By the time we got back, it was late! So again...sorry about that...Please, please, please let us know when you're going to be on again! I am really bummed, I forgot about it, :smt088 sounds like you did an awesome job!! Good Luck, tonight!

PS:....before anyone asks...NO, it's NOT orange :smt022 ....they don't make them in orange :smt093...it was the first question I asked when I was first looking!!!

And hey...did I mention how much I love having all these new emoticons to choose from? :smt023 ....although it does take awhile to make the appropriate choices!! :smt119

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

There's no need to apologize folks. I am fully aware that everyone has lives and that the River Hawks aren't exactly your team!

Of course, I do appreciate that a few of you were able to tune in and provide some feedback.

TG: BO's a little slow :)

FF: You sure love the new emoticons! I was impressed with the usage of so many. I don't have the patience to seek through them all and use them properly. I'll just stick with regular old smiley :) And my favorite, devil horns!

For those that did listen, Bob actually pauses during stoppages of play to give me a chance to say something. Oftentimes I don't and he goes right on. I'm still new enough to it that I'm nervous, so I'd rather not say anything at all than say something stupid. But with more experience, I'm sure I'll say more.

Thanks again to those who were able to listen!
