This season is not lost yet Critical. We have the talent and the ability to win today and Sunday and win the series if we play with effort, desire, and to our potential. If we don't then it will be very disappointing. I am not ready to put down this season because every goal we have is still attainable, but we need to win starting tonight. Go BG!

Maybe they just wanted to generate a little more revenue. 2000 @ $10 ticket, plus parking and concessions could net them an extra $30,000 in revenue. Yeah, I'm going with that as my thinking. Plus the students will be filtering back into town Sunday afternoon. They can watch them clinch the trip to Grand Rapids.

University doesn't receive the gate money. The league receives the gate money.

I'd love to know why that meeting took so long.
I figured the jersey change was intended to create some "excitement." I haven't been to a football game in 30 years, but I faintly remember that the team occasionally would warm-up in orange but come out to play in brown (or the other way around).

I don't understand why the effort is not consistent. Our boys mostly dominated Ferris two weeks ago, but last night was full of lazy passes and casual trips up the ice. Surely they know they're being out-worked. Why didn't they start working?
