Pretty sure the camera/broadcasting crew have been hitting the eggnog pretty hard.

Good to get the win. Been a disappointing first half of the season so hopefully over the break, things shake out and we can get on a roll.

IMO Nell has to become the backup. The fact we're below .500 with the talent we've returned is embarrassing and Bergeron will need to answer if this season continues in such mediocre fashion

Stephen Baylis. He's a beast. Nobody was benched. The hit was reviewed and deemed to be not as bad as originally thought.

Considering the player knew Spezia was coming hard, and still stopped, turned towards the boards, and lowered his head, that's the correct call. Sadly, it becoming a defense mechanism players are using to try and keep from getting hit.

I wasn't referring to the hit... He had a guy laid out on ice next to goal and was absolutely pummeling him. Thought for sure he'd get bounced and benched next game.

They were doing more rolling and hanging on to each other than hitting and Baylis was screaming something at him with quite a bit of passion at the end. Nothing worth penalizing other than them chirping and rolling around on the ice.

Watch the video again. Baylis was yelling at him and shaking him a bit. He wasn't "pummeling" him.
