Still haven't won more games then Football......That stat will last until the new year now.
Re: @ Bemidji (12/14, 12/15)
I've been reserved all season. Those officials should never set skate on ice again. Wozney, O'Hanisain, and Emerson were phantom calls. Period. The biggest homers in all of broadcasting even said they weren't penalties. Fyten's hit wasn't worthy of a game misconduct. Replay made it obvious the guy turned away from the hit, making it far worse than it was (wasn't even the bad to begin with). Sad that Eigner didn't feel confident enough to ask for a review of the play that took Moore out of the game. He knew exactly how that review was going to go.BGhockeyfan94 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 15, 2023 8:31 pm Jeez, need to stay out of the box. Fyten has to be gone after that hit.
Sad we won't know who actually was the better team tonight. Referees made themselves way too involved in the game.
Bright side is McKinley looked 100 times better than last night.

Yeah full speed made it look worse than it really was, on the replay it didn't look too bad. Way too many calls that were just straight up not penalties, and like you said their broadcasting calls didn't agree with most penalties.pdt1081 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 15, 2023 10:46 pmI've been reserved all season. Rules question: Eigner used his timeout in the first to try and stop the bleeding. Doesn't that mean he can't challenge later in the game? I admit I'm unclear on how the TO/Challenge/Review relationship works.pdt1081 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 15, 2023 10:46 pmSad that Eigner didn't feel confident enough to ask for a review of the play that took Moore out of the game. He'd risk a 2 minute delay of game penalty.TalonsUpPuckDown wrote: ↑Sat Dec 16, 2023 6:40 amRules question: Eigner used his timeout in the first to try and stop the bleeding. After 7 years in a row posting win totals 20 or higher…
15 wins in 2021. 15 wins in 2022.
…are we even going to get there this season? We’re almost certainly a sub .500 team for the 3rd year in a row, but are we even going to win 8 more games? Feels unlikely.
We haven’t won a playoff series since 2020. We haven’t won a home playoff series since 2019. I’m really having a hard time seeing us lose week after week in a wide open conference, relatively mediocre like this. I just… I don’t know what we’re going to do to get out of this mess.
