Stop lowering expectations. Ferris is terrible, regardless of home or away should of been a sweep and move on. I present you Exhibit A why we can't host playoff series in BG come March. Those three points will come back to haunt us. Willy better be lighting up some people for this one.

The lost 3 points from the Bemidji series were a lot worse than these three.

Team needs to learn how to play with a lead. Bottom line. Essentially 12 points available next weekend. Need them all.

We were picked 5th-7th in the preseason polls by the punditocrocy. That we're debating about home ice in year 1 of a rebuild shows a) how far we've come and b) how high expectations have soared since October. It's taken Willy half a season to make Eigner's guys competitive. While we don't have the talent to be the class of the league, I'd rather be us than Bemidji right now. And I'll take winning 7-of-8 from Ferris any day of the week.

I have no expectations for this coming weekend. It'll suck if we get swept. I'll be happy with 3 points.

Derek brought a busload of Bleacher Creatures to the game on Saturday. Team seemed happy to see them during the first period. BC were loud and proud, but couldn't score goals for the boys.
