Are you delusional Hockey John in regards to the coaching? The team lacks energy and drive which starts with coaching. It is also the worst PP since the late 90's, early 2000's. Incompetent Athletic Department led to bad coaching in Men's Basketball and Hockey. We struggle down the stretch every year. We at one point were in 1st place early February.

Our power play ended at 22% for the year. Pretty average, but it was 19th in the country. 25% is generally regarded as good. PP definitely ended the year cold, but the entire team did. Wouldn’t say it was the worse since the early 2000s. Don’t think we had a super successful power play under Bergeron either.

OMG. That was literally a carbon copy of BG there a few years back. Oh well….screw Northern anyway and all their hooking and interference

I’m tired of Mankato, but they’re the standard we need to hold our program to. They just won both the MacNaughton and Mason Cups in a rebuilding year - that’s how far ahead they are compared to the rest of the conference.

There’s no reason we shouldn’t be winning championships and competing at the highest level. None. If the current folks in charge can’t make that happen, we need to find someone who will. Time to stop settling and start contending again.
