i never claimed to have gone to 6:00 am practices for 15 years. the forum was started, people thought it was a hoax, i had a spec of information on the topic and i contributed. i guess this forum is only for the die-hard, know-everything a**holes out there and no-one else can share thoughts or info. forgive me. i have been reading these threads all year and never said a word. are you all in a special "pooch" hating club and no-one else can join? my "handle" does tell you all that i must hear "some" credible inside scoop. are you telling me that that information is misleading? come on, these kids are living this, not you. some of the things that i've been privy to shock me. i'm not alone. you all have voiced your opinions probably without inside information. i'm entitled to state a rather reserved opinion of the current coach without being berrated for it. i'm sure this will spark a whole slew of crap from some of you. don't even bother. i'm ashamed at myself for even responding to you.
The player that filled the civil suit agianst the school and the hockey team (pooch) is Ed Neville. It has been in the works since around christmas. He was allowed to stay on partial scholarship for the rest of the year, but was removed from the hockey team.
Yes, it does and my hat os off to the threads creator for posting the best Gotcha! of 2007 thus far.
cudos you got me to bite, but at last this line got broken.
Always double check what you read, esp in the media and on the net.

jhockey, didn't you post back in February that this player was nothing but trouble etc etc.? What is the problem? have a grudge?
You still don't have your facts straight
Somebody give me statistics that prove damages are 7 times more likely in a civil suit vs. a criminal or small claims case. There are no damages awarded in criminal cases and a small claims case is a civil suit. at least that's what my greedy lawyer told me.
