"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Read this on the ND thread on USCHO:

.......a team imploding!!A few weeks back my family attended a game in South Bend while my son was waiting to talk to some players after the game we overheard a player talking to his parents. He was saying how there is no feeling of being a team in the locker room also that there is a division over this years captains and fighting over who will be next years

Todd, as an amateur photo bug myself, those are great pics. What camera, lens and settings do you use?
Re: Game Thread: Notre Dame vs. Bowling Green
And this is happening on the watch of a high profile head coach with multiple national championships on his resume. Something like 10 or 11 NHL drafted players, loads of talent, more money than God, a new state of the art facility under construction. All that stuff is great, but without team chemistry it equals diddley-squat.Falcon Fanatic wrote:Read this on the ND thread on USCHO:

Thanks everyone. I just like sharing the moments for everyone to see.bgpuckster wrote:Todd, as an amateur photo bug myself, those are great pics. What camera, lens and settings do you use?
As for my camera... pretty basic. Nikon D300, 1/400-1/640 shutter speed, 80-200 f/2.8 AF-s lens, ISOs from 2500-3200. Our ice arena is, hands down, the worst place to shoot in the world, but I've got it pretty much figured out now. Enjoy!
