My ranting is valid. Just one more thing to make me say: GRRRR!!!!

And btw, I heard that the women's schedules passed out at Fricker's had ERRORS on them!! Sure glad they rushed those to print!!

"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Actually, the Women's B-ball schedule last year had errors as well - they either misspelled Kelly Kapfer's name or left it off of the schedule entirely (pictures and names of seniors are on b-ball schedules, or used to be anyways). Kelly went to Miller and Miller made the Marketing Dept. print new ones. This is not a new problem with this Marketing group...

Did I actually read those posts by Falconboy? Somebody tell me I am hallucinating. How can you have the word Falcon in your screen name and yak like that?

Everyone has a favorite sport- Freak's is whatever is in season! Many of us agree. Just because something isn't your thing- you are going to cut down those who like it? What is the deal with you?

Ok, I'm now officially done reading anything you post.

Falconboy is an established moron. Nothing he says, especially in this forum, has no basis in reality. Everything is simply based on his own narrow perception of the world. I don't mean for this to be a personal attack at all because I wish he would change (and I've told him that numerous times), but he is convinced that he is right in being condescending regarding things about which he knows nothing. Really wish he'd change (he'd be much happier for it) but I stopped putting my chips on red a long time ago...

I knew my gambling practices would one day bring this place to its knees. I thought it would be when I got desperate and started stealing all of your cars, but if my color choice at the wheel has done it, meh? Seems easier to me, somehow.

If you're betting red on a roulette wheel I HOPE you're at least hunting down a single zero wheel, and not playing on a double zero. Your odds are bad either way, but that extra zero makes a BIG difference.

The bet pays 2-1. On single zero your odds are 49%, on a double zero they're 47%. So with each bet you're losing an extra $.02 when you play on a double zero wheel.

I know I'm a bit late on this one... But if I'm not mistaken haven't all the schedule cards/magnets/posters had the pictures of the captains on them... Since the coaching staff have not picked captains yet maybe its not marketing's fault?

I'd have to look when I get home, but I'm thinking it's usually the seniors on the big posters and one player on the pocket schedules. I could be wrong though.

Well, looking at the football poster in front of me, it's captains on it. That doesn't mean that all sports are the same, but it stands to reason that other BGSU sports posters/schedule cards may be the same.

Hockey has 8 seniors. Football has 15 seniors (5/SR and SR/SR not counting SR/JR). Could be a reason for a difference.

Women's B-ball has posters with all kinds of different combinations of players on it. But the main poster/schedule has the seniors on it.

My posts have nothing to do with trying to tear down you rabid hockey fans. Not in the least am I trying to do that. Just trying to insert a little realism and all. I understand you guys are proud of hockey like there's no tommorow, no need rip me for being a observer and posting my opinons and comments , that is what we do here. You guys for some reason think that I'm not a fan of falcon athletics becuase I can take off the brightly coloerd glasses once in a while. Us being picked 8th BTW is right about were we derserve to be at this point until we prove other wise , besides its good motivation for players and coaches like someone said in the other thread.

On what semblance of authority are you making this claim? This is the kind of thing that pisses people off in here. You make these assclown claims all the while admitting that you know nothing about hockey. Either learn or shut up.
