Willy now has the #2 (Rymon) and #5 (Patton) scorers and the starting goalie (Palmer) from his last Everett team on the Falcon roster.
He's gonna land Bear and Dupont next.
Yes, I know Bear signed his ELC. I also know Willy has mentioned he's not sure signing that negates eligibility.
Top 5 scoring on his team 4 years in a row. Reunites with former teammate Connor Levis. If he was on the fence about being here, Goose signing an ELC probably swayed him.

Figures. Just when I get my depth chart updated, Willy lands another one. Finland's very own Onni Kalto '06.
As an '06, there's a possibility he's a 26-27. Probably depends on if he can land an OA spot.
While I know Heisenberg has Luke Pfoh as decommitted, Coquitlam still has him listed as committed. Junior teams usually keep that up to date as there are always scouts watching. https://www.coquitlamexpress.ca/stats/p ... /luke-pfoh

I’ve continued to keep his stats in my master spreadsheet. He’s a point/game which is pretty solid.
Things can obviously change, but EliteProspects has Kalto as a 26-27 guy for BG, so coming in this fall.
Kinda seems like a pure goal scorer based on his stats? 29 points in 62 games in the OHL this year, but 21 of them are goals. Maybe a little bit of Cam Wright "shooter" style to his game, with a bit more crashing the net?

Any time a commitment is announced, Elite Prospects automatically puts it for the next season.
Thomas Verdon makes the QMJHL All Star Team - first team. Congrats.
He had a goal in last night's game 7 win over Gatineau that was a real beaut. He deflected a shoulder-high shot into the net. The deflection had to be 45 degrees.
Willy landed an '05 goaltender, Cooper Michaluk, who went from the WHL last year to the BCHL this year. His numbers aren't in the range of the three goalies we have today so not sure what's going on here unless someone is hitting the portal.

Three possibilities: portal, pro contract, or long term injury recovery.
Reading a bit about him, seems like he's a decent goaltender that can steal a game. His stats are what they are, but at the same time, the CHL is heavily offensive focused. Up until the recent development of the AI statistics, there wasn't much in the way of defensive numbers for players to attract attention. His numbers are right with the other goaltenders he has played with. Reunites with Crampton.

He does have the ability to make a stupendous save or two, that's for sure.
