The OSU/Miami State series is also taking a hiatus. OSU plays no in-state teams this year.AZIce wrote:No Ohio State........that's disappointing. I guess no Ohio Cup this year.....if they even do that anymore.

36 game schedule, 4 non-conference home games, and matches against 2 non-OSU B1G teams. Looking forward to the campaign.

Also noticed no "home" game in Toledo?

Re: 2017-18 Schedule
I would rather have had the weekend after Anchorage off than having the weekend before UAA. We have trips to Anchorage and Huntsville back-to-back.
I'm also curious about the dates for GLI, with the game against Western being on Dec 28.

All is for the best in this best of all possible worlds.

Most likely the December 28th game with Western.TalonsUpPuckDown wrote:Also noticed no "home" game in Toledo?

Re: 2017-18 Schedule
According to the Athletic Department's website, the game against Western is listed at the Slater Family Ice Arena, so I am skeptical of that being the game in Toledo. I have heard that we may not participate in that this year because of the Great Lakes Invitational. But we'll see.TalonsUpPuckDown wrote:Duh. I should have figured that one out. The Walleye released their home schedule. They have home games December 27th (Indy) and December 29th (Kalamazoo).

So... does that mean we aren't? It's usually a double-header with us. Since they aren't playing on that day, I feel safe in assuming we will not be partaking this year?pdt1081 wrote:http://www.bcsn.tv/news_article/show/79 ... _id=878183" target="_blankmbenecke wrote:According to the Athletic Department's website, the game against Western is listed at the Slater Family Ice Arena, so I am skeptical of that being the game in Toledo. Re: 2017-18 Schedule
If we are, the game against Western will be moved a day. Looking at the calendar, the GLI will probably be the 29th and 30th (Friday - Saturday). I anticipate the Western game being moved to the 27th, or off Christmas break. The date was probably set temporarily to release the schedule. 3 games in 3 days between Christmas and New Year's isn't likely to happen.mbenecke wrote:
