Buela's Bugle & the Section A Screamer (I know that is spelled Buela WRONG!), were the predecessors of E-Ticket. and they came out of Section A in it's glory years. It was hilarious to read. Every week it made fun of the opposing team, coaches and certain referees that gave us fits. It was sarcastic, but tastefully humourous, along with updated team stats and league information. A new hockey newspaper (old one was usually a sheet or two at the most), would be fantastic!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

This reminds me of the discussion we had last year regarding a "homecoming' of sorts for hockey fans. Bring back the section A folks and show these young 'uns how it's done.

I'm too far away and far too busy any longer to lead the charge in this. I would love to help, but I doubt I would be able to do much heavy lifting.

I know Pooch would LOVE THIS!

Goggin for a single word is tight to say the least... the ice isn't the best as the corners don't like to freeze... the students are three deep around the glass for big games... the band leads the cheers and the student section is almost always full...

The New Goggin will be great... but Im afriad we will lose the advantage that we had much like Anderson Arena brings with big games. Goggin makes it feel like the fans are falling on top of you much like AA... oh well.

For those of you who like posh new bright arenas that are over done... welcome to the new Goggin!

Those ceilings might be a little too high to add a good amount of noise.

Looks kind of like Yost in a way. It almost hurts my eyes looking at the picture though.

I don't know about that. I think it looks beautiful. Man, that is going to be one classy place to play a game of hockey.

If definitely looks nice, don't get me wrong. The architecture reminds me of Yost quite a bit. THe picture so so darn bright that it hurt my eyes.
