Can't Read, Can't Write=Kent State not MSU. You must always follow GO GREEN, GO WHITE, with a resounding: GO SUCK AN EGG!!!!! It's just the proper thing to do in the BG Ice Arena!!!

If they actually attempted to get rid of the GO SUCK AN EGG cheer, I might actually finally lose my mind and all of my faith in the hope that the "Old" days will come back! *JUST KIDDING!*
30 plus years of Falcon hockey later, honestly my first memories are "GO BG!" "WALLY! WALLY! WALLY!" and "GO GREEN GO WHITE GO SUCK AN EGG!" Also, leaving elementary school early on Fridays to take the roadtrips...with a handful of others. (The office at Conneaut Elementary was a busy place on Fridays...especially around the time for the annual trip to the Joe and of course to Lake Placid!)
After a nice long conversation less than 24 hours ago with 2 other VERY VERY longtime fans who were/are just as distraught as I am/was about the state of this program, I can honestly say, there may indeed be a glimmer of hope...
Don't worry, there are indeed some of us younger fans (see - current students) that know the "GO SUCK AN EGG!" chant. Now it's just a matter of getting enough people to yell it. Seems anymore you can't get a chant/cheer going unless it has some form/string of profanity in it.

I, along with MANY BG fans, find this chant inane. It discredits the win and diminishes the efforts by the lads wearing the BG sweaters. Miami is very deserving of their No. 1 ranking.
Feel free to stop in the BG chat room tonight. We're usually pretty respectful except for the drunks *raising hand* and the d@mn women and their liberal slathering of profanity.
