You know what they say, a 7-goal lead is the most dangerous lead in hockey.
Matt, that is your best post in your history on this site.
Appreciate it, TUPD. If we’re gonna lose ugly, we might as well be able to laugh about it.

Ty was given an ncaa-bound team and has proceeded to:

-Lose home ice in the WCHA playoffs
-Lose in the first round of the WCHA playoffs
-End a season with a losing record
-Facilitate whatever is happening now

4 seasons is plenty of time to expect a coach to have settled in with his players in his system (once upon a time, players were only around for 4 seasons). If there's not dramatic improvement next semester, it'll be clear Ty's system is a losing one, and it's not just the assistants that need to go.

As rough as the last 2 weekends have been, Pete Eigner getting to play the last 2:30 tonight is very cool. Good for that kid. What a story.
The puck did go in the net immediately after the final horn, while OSU was on their 3rd 5-on-3 of the night. Naturally, they immediately argued with the ref, who reviewed to confirm time had expired.....

The challenge at the beginning of the game, the player was onside by maybe a 1/4 inch. Literally had to break it down frame by frame to tell.

I hate losing to aOSU in any sport...but especially hockey. And that was an ugly weekend.

If we finish below .500 this year I’d give him the boot
