Thanks for posting this. I'm always looking for something where I can learn a little about Falcon hockey. I only went to a couple of games during my tenure at BG, and this was more as a casual observer than a fan. I hope Coach Paluch can really get things turn around. I especially enjoyed the section on team rules and setting the tone for disciple regardless of who violates team rules.

"If you’re going to talk about being disciplined, you have to follow through on it,” Paluch said. “You have to follow the rules and if you don’t, you’re going to pay a price. We set the tone with our decision."
