While it is great that many of us can use this site to keep track of former BG players and their whereabouts, I find it somewhat bothersome when I go to the men's hockey website for the University. I feel that that site should be used to celebrate the current team, and I often see the page filled with the Sigalet brothers who no longer play in BG. I am glad to see that they are experiencing lots of success away from BG, but I often wish we could try to fill the page with pictures and interviews of our team and not dwell on the past. It would be a nice to have a link where we could find information about former players without having to put the Sigalet's in such a spotlight. Just a thought...
PS: Congrats to Pilk for signing and to Don Morrison for signing with Philly.

As long as the topics are labeled effectively, one can choose if it's of interest.

Email your thoughts to the athletic department. I can't remember who does the hockey website, but I am sure they would like constructive feedback and suggestions.
Also, right now, there isn't a lot going on in hockey...though an article on the incoming recruits would be nice!!

The articles on "success" stories can be good for recruiting. The website and media guides are used and frequented by potential recruits and that is one reason why those outlets are full of cheerleading type stuff sometimes moreso than newsworthy items.
