Goaltending

Post by dannyk »

There have definetly been some games in the last few years where are goaltending has been terrible but I dont really think are goalies have been playing that bad. When we had Sigalet we won many 3-2 games where we got outshot approx. 48-25. That led to a .500 season.

Last year Horrell was avg as well as all 3 goalies this year. When you combine avg to slightly below avg goalies, on a bad team you get 9-3 losses to avg teams like OSU.

I guess it could be worse, we could be in the WCHA and these losses would be 12-1

9-3, 12-1, who gives a crap? Either way, you got your ass roasted. The number of goals lost by is really only a matter of degree.

Eddie Neville will start tonight....

Post by FalconBlue »

Neville will start tonight and no change will be made to the team. The defense was as culpable as the goalies last night and played without any will to win. Tonight will be a real test for both Spratt and Neville and Ohio State will wan't the "sweep' so they will come out strong.

#39 Corey Elkins (3-0-3 and +4 last night) will try to do it on his own tonight
