I'm just curious, I haven't seen macman on here for some time now. I seems that I haven't seen him on here since the team really began their loooonnnnggg losing streak. With all his chatter about how this team this year has way more heart and skill and better players. Just curious if he has seen any of this lately.
Just a thought, take it for what its worth. It seems so far that I have been right about pretty much everything I have said so far about this team, including how bad they are doing right now. Could it be possible I am stating truth about the coach as well

I don't know who you are or care for that fact but I will say that yes you are correct in that this team is in bad shape. I still don't accept the "facilities are sub-par" excuse because I personally think our rink/facilites are just fine. In my mind it's coming down to this question - Do we lack talent or do we lack good coaching and team cohesiveness? From what I've been observing from the past month or so, I' leaning toward the later....I do believe there is good talent on this Falcon team but they have no idea how to work together, win together or learn together..All things that come from good coaching....
I love Pooch and everything he has ever done as a player and a coach for this program but if we are ever gonna get things changed around for the better, now is the time for him to exit......

Yes plenty of the blame should be put on Pooch but we all know that coaches get too much credit when a team wins and too much blame when a team loses. Hockey is largely a read and react sport it is not drawn up like football. I understand the lineup changes, forechecks and other adjustments need to be made though. The problem is that we dont have the skill to play run and gun, and we dont have the size to play conservative dump and chase hockey.
That being said we dont have a go to guy on offense, our goaltending is a joke, and right now Id be suprised if we even get near double digit wins this year.
Hockey and basketball attendence this winter might be approaching HS levels in the 700-1,000 fans a game area.

Why is it that there are so many people out there that agree with my perception and yet there is no change. Trust me, especially with a new AD if the commmunity speaks up against Pooch he will more than likely get action going given his record. Now is the time.

has anybody ever wondered why P is running the offense when he was a defenseman all his life? doesn't make much sense. I think B. Bales had it right when he once told me that P teaches everything the exact opposite of how he was taught it should be, this coming from a player who played 3 years for one of the best coaches in the USHL. I can't understand how anyone can support this guy. One goal in the last three games!! P should step aside and be director of hockey facilities or something and let Cole and others who know what they are doing take over before it's too late. I guess some people still believe there are WMD in Iraq too.
