Rule #1 of this thread: leave out any mention of the coaches. Assume we have the greatest coach to ever grace the bench.
What exactly does this team need to do to turn around the season and put together a run?

Haven't seen too much of the team this year but...
Skate for 60 minutes...don't work for most for your shift and then take a few seconds off. You must also take care of the puck in your own end. Make the smart play instead of trying for the "great" play. You should also work hard in the corners...you HAVE to win those small battles.
ANY team will win a ton of games if you do those basic things.
Oh...you also have to look at yourself and the guy next to you. Never mind the responsibility you have to yourself to play hard...think about what you owe your teammates.
Sure it's cliched...but it's true...
