He's probably been watching broadcasts of Canucks games. They can never get his name right.

I thought I heard his last name being called the other night when they played the Blue Jackets. Didn't hear them say his first name and I figured no way that's the same guy. Nice to see another Falcon in the NHL.

He saw a lot of ice time during that game. Powerplay, penalty kill, and full strength. I believe he wears #3 now. They kept trying to set him up for a big shot from the point.

Yeah, he scored the first goal for the Canucks in that game, I was pretty excited to hear his name on there.

Bieksa strikes again

Wednesday evening, he had two assists and was plus three in leading the Canucks past my beloved Canadiens. The first one was pretty impressive. Didn't get the chance to see the second. He looks like he'll be in the loop for many years to come.
