Is it just me, or do we have a very small senior class. As I recall, pooches first recruited class had nine or ten players. Where did they all go????
People have been giving pooch time to let him fill his roster with all of his own recruited players, but most of those players leave before their forth year anyways. Senior night will be a very short one this year with only two seniors staying with the program. I am positive that there is no other team around the country with this much turnaround. Not to mention the numbers of assistant coaches that have left through pooches tenure.
It is sad to say, but pooch has left this program in far worse condition than it was when he took over.
Maybe Fogarty will hire him as his equipment manager next year at Adrian. And speaking of Fogarty, the best run that the Falcon program has seen in the last couple of years was that six game winning streak last year around this time. Pooch was away for four of those games and Ron was coaching. Fogarty will be better off staying away from pooch, and helping teams win, while enjoying college hockey.
