5-0 after two periods...

Post by FalconBlue »

I sincerely hope Svendsen has not been injured, they think it was a freak stick hitting him on the head while he was on the bench. They say it's a rib injury so I may be wrong.

I can hardly believe what I'm watching. Total "implosion" or as CCTV say's. total dominance by Omaha.

7-0 in the third.

*edit* This is the hockey board and not the football board, yes?

I applaud those of you that can watch this, I cannot. I enjoy college hockey, rarely missed a home game when I was in school, but this product on the ice now is just terrible. They're so bad that I cannot even stand to watch them, even when they were on TV against UM I could only stomach the first 2 periods.

I feel real sorry for you hockey die-hards. Our football team was a pathetic shell of it's former self this year, and basketball was bad last year, but this hockey team is among the very worst in the country...that's tough to swallow.

Good thing we decided to NOT go to this game due to weather and other issues. As much as I love my alma mater, it would be tough to drive 3 hours through the snow/sleight/ice to see this. Yuck.

Its obvious why there is not much activity on this board, this team is turning into a complete disaster. I'd rather the weather channel than this sickening mess for 3 hours.

Hate to say this ...

Maybe it's time to really try to listen to what the ex-players have been trying to tell us all along. This team has quit. It's hard to say. It's hard to admit, but it's true. As much as we all love Pooch for the player he was, he just doesn't seem to be the coach we need now. Let's get through this season however we can, and look to restore BG to its rightful place in years to come.
