UNO Pair Suspended After Arrest
CHN Staff Report

A pair of Nebraska-Omaha players have been suspended from the team, following their arrest Sunday for suspicion of public intoxication at Harrah's Casino.

Senior Bobby Henderson, 24, and sophomore Adam Bartholomay, 23, were arrested about 7:30 p.m. Sunday. They were released from jail on $325 bond each.

The suspension is for the remainder of the season. It is undecided whether Bartholomay will be reinstated for next season.

Henderson had one assist in 12 games this season. The defenseman had no goals, five assists and 185 penalty minutes in 64 career games.

Bartholomay, a California native, had 10 goals and nine assists in 30 games this season. In 64 career games, he had 19 goals and 18 assists.

According to police reports, Henderson told officers who arrested him, "I am a hockey player. I'll get out of this." He then added, "I know my rights. I am a criminal justice major."
