Heard a rumor this morning that Coach Paluch has a two year contract extension. Anyone else hear anything else about this?

You know, the University is a government entity. This information is readily available due to the FOI Act.

It is very hard for me to believe, but I have heard this as well. Even if you were going to extend his contract, which I think is absolutely crazy, why wouldn't you start with a 1 year contract?

I wouldn't immediately point blame to Mssr Christopher.

I would kill for one of those barrels capable of going over Niagara Falls right now.

I am pretty sure Mr. Krebs extended his contract two years......a couple years ago.

Nothing firm, but I don't believe it was Mr. Christopher who gave the extension nor was it done recently. Again, I have nothing firm but "word on the street."

I'm street walking now-a-days. Supplimental income. Of course I don't have any clients, but I"m sure that's only a matter of time.

Gotcha -- I assumed we were talking about something that happened at least kind of recently.

If the extension in question was given when Krebs was still around, this thread is pretty moot. Old news at it's finest, and nothing to get worked up about.

Maybe, but Mr. Krebs was still the AD less than a year ago.

If he gave an extension during last season, then.............well, you do the math.

Nothing much to get worked up over because hockey has the alumni base which could - if they wanted to - buyout the extension. And this is just a simple observation.
