I wish I could have been there! BGSUfatatUT gave me the good news about hockey winning at the football game so I was happy even before we railed EMU. Go hockey...3-1!!!!! :D

I was impressed with how we moved the puck early on during our first few power plays. The passing was crisp and we were able to get a goal. I was real impressed with how well Matsumoto can handle the puck, he is gonna do some good things for our hockey team.

How did we look on defense? That was one thing that lacked big time yesterday!!

D looked good I thought. They had some fast breaks on us and we stopped them each time. Siggy was good.

Matsumoto disappointed as now he has just 3 goals and 2 asst. in 4 games. First game w/o a goal for him, what a slacker! :P

Great watching this game. Fine effort. I am not a hockey expert so it was nice seeing Falcon Fanatic and meeting BGFan who helped keep me straight. I attend a fair number of games, but we sure have some very knowledgable fans such as those two who really know the sport of hockey.

My uneducated observations are three. First, Coach Scott Paluch is a calm, professional coach. Yet still able to show fire when needed. Second, Jordan Sigalet is a tremendous goalie. Third, Jonathon Matsumoto looks like the best forward we have signed in years- many, many years.

Go Falcons!
