Was born in England, is a Canadian citizen and his parents live in the United States (Atlanta, Georgia)...Played two years of junior hockey, from 2000-02, with the OPJHL’s Syracuse Crunch and Boston Bulldogs...Played two seasons of college hockey from 2002-04, at the University of Findlay in Ohio, where he was a teammate of Kris Wiebe and former Thunder goaltender Jamie Vandespyker...Made college debut on 11-15-02 versus Miami (Ohio) University...Named USCHO Player of the Week after guiding Findlay to a 4-3 upset victory over Michigan State University...Named CHA Defensive Player of the Week on 12-30-03, after holding Brown University to just one goal, in a 1-1 tie...Transferred to Bowling Green University for the 2004-05 season and saw action in seven games.
