All-Time CCHA team

Trying to think of an ALL CCHA team 2 Lines and 2 Goalies. The trick is only one player player from a school is allowed. Meaning each CCHA school is to be used. No defenct teams such as SLU or UIC.

I would say Holzinger would be BG's representative for BG. If not him, perhaps Big Siggy? I think if he had been on better teams when he played, he would have been probably the best of all time.

I don't believe Notre Dame was part of the CCHA when Poulin played. I could be wrong.

As a senior, Poulin was a finalist for the 1982 Hobey Baker national player-of-the-year award. That year, as the Irish captain, he led Notre Dame to the championship of the Great Lakes Invitational, the last in-season tournament won by a Notre Dame hockey team.

Poulin also was the CCHA's fifth-leading scorer in '81-'82, with 59 points, while earning second team all-CCHA honors and leading the Irish to the CCHA title game, capping the best season in Notre Dame hockey history."

I stand corrected. Was that ND last year in the CCHA, before they rejoined in the early 90's?
