If you never got see Mac #24 for BG #27 NHL most of his NHl years then you missed out. Mac Was big, 6'3" 210lbs at BGSU and he had a 340lb bench. Mac was with out question the best enforcer/fighter BG has ever had. To my memory he on lost one and that was not even a fight, He suffered a sever neck injury from being wacked ( more like a sledge hammer swing down on the head) in the head from behind vs Lake state prety sure, that fractured some of vert in his neck, he came back obviously and these announcers clearly knew little about the RESPECT his total package of abilities commanded on the ice. He could play the game as well as an offensive defenseman with sniper like accuracy from top of the slot. Here is the video
