"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

If the football games can be heard from RealPlayer, shouldn't the hockey game be there too?FindlayFalcon wrote:Does that mean those of us who subscribe to RealPlayer can't get it either?

folks, you can listen to the games on-line when WBGU is carrying them. unfortunately, WPFX doesn't stream audio, which means that friday nights hockey game will not be able to be heard on-line. we apologize for the inconvenience, but since WBGU is carrying the women's basketball game on friday night, the university asked us to help out and take the hockey game. this will only be for friday night's game.
go falcons!
go falcons!

Jay, while I will miss listening to the hockey game and will not be able to pick-up your signal here in Dayton, I am very happy to know that your station is doing its part to get Falcon athletics out to the masses. Thanks for your efforts.falcons86 wrote:folks, you can listen to the games on-line when WBGU is carrying them. unfortunately, WPFX doesn't stream audio, which means that friday nights hockey game will not be able to be heard on-line. we apologize for the inconvenience, but since WBGU is carrying the women's basketball game on friday night, the university asked us to help out and take the hockey game. this will only be for friday night's game.

thanks for everybody's support. scott and the entire staff have this program going in the right direction and we're more than happy to help out the university. let's go falcons! sweep the mavericks! by the way, pre-game starts at 7:35 friday night, the puck drops at 8:05 on 107-7 the fox, the flagship station for falcon sports (shameless plug, i know)
