I'll take the first wild guess that the details will be determined by the donors.

Got a plan, get the money, rip it up and rebuild the old ice house for many years of Falcon hockey

Now lets put to bed any doubt about the Falcon hockey future.

Money is there. It's all about the bids at this point.

GREAT NEWS!

Like it. Lots. Is there nowhere on this board that has nothing but good news right now? What's happening? About the only outstanding boat to come in would be for the perfect woman to knock on my door to tell me that everything is going to be..

Huh? I'll be right back, chaps, someone just knocked on the door. Wow, whoever it is has just the right Mercedes SL. I'll be right back.

I've heard. The University is putting in 4 - 5 Million and they plan on matching that with donations. Open your wallets people.

I love it!!! The only part that sucks is i'm a freshman and by 2010 when they start the bball arena I'll be graduating and most likely the date will be pushed back because construction is always behind...so excited thou.

First of all, you have to grease the local politicians for the sudden zoning problems that always come up.

Then there's the kickbacks to the carpenters.

And if you plan on using any cement in this building...I'm sure the teamsters would like to have a little chat with you, and that'll cost you.

Don't forget a little something for the building inspectors.

There's the long-term costs, such as waste disposal. I don't know if you're familiar with who runs that business...but I assure you it's not the boy scouts.
