It was probably the roster that was sent out at the beginning of the season. I am guessing it came from a "press kit" or "media packet" that the AD sends out to the teams we play. I think it's up to the AD to send out revised versions if those lists change. So when this game program got made, the template from the old program was used. Because, well, that's much easier than re-doing the entire thing.
