ND Northern and the games at the Joe

Post by MACMAN »

Wow, not only did I think after last season 07-08 that we could well have been at the Joe, I thought we were way better than NM.
Yet did any of you see this game!...Wow Norhern was SICK, they played an awesome game and if anyone from other schools was watching it was a blueprint as to how to beat the IRISH (even though I figure they will make the finals.)

Pardon me, but how in god's name did Northern Michigan make it to the Joe again. We crushed that team the two games they played in BG. I knew their goalie Stewart was good, but they couldn't score for beans. I guess for them something just clicks in the late part of the year heading into the playoffs.

Thats what I am talking about, I figured this year our guys would be clicking and getting the bounces, but man, if you see that game, Northern was huge and played great hockey, they laid it all out as they should have and MI was/is just a better team, but not much, not much.
The Alaska game was good as well, but of the two I liked the Northern Game.
I would guess ND will win today.

northern's goalie is unreal and it was only a matter of time before the team got healthy and started to find some chemistry
