Kai Kantola was recently a free agent invitee to the Carolina Hurricanes' prospect conditioning camp

I know Russ Sinkewich went to the Nashville Predators development camp as well. I'm sure that had a lot to do with his short stint with the Milwaukee Admirals, who are Nashville's affiliate.

This video on the Hurricanes website shows highlights from the Canes' development camp and also has two short interviews with Kantola. I take it he'll be in pretty good shape after the camp is done.
